📋 Condiciones Generales de Reserva

– ¡Lea antes de
reservar!

Por favor, lea atentamente nuestras normas antes de realizar su pago. Al
reservar, acepta las siguientes condiciones:

📅 Reservas y Disponibilidad (Sistema de Intermediación)

 Solo para el día siguiente: Las reservas se realizan exclusivamente a través
de esta web, mediante pago online y con un día de antelación para el día
siguiente.
 Sin calendario a futuro: No se pueden reservar días concretos más allá del
día siguiente. No disponemos de calendario a largo plazo.
 Sin excepciones: No se realizan reservas para el mismo día, ni se atienden
peticiones por teléfono o correo electrónico.
 Eventos prohibidos: No aceptamos reservas para grupos de eventos
(despedidas de soltero, bodas, cumpleaños, etc.).
 Verifique su área: Asegúrese de elegir el área correcta antes de pagar, ya que
las zonas colindantes pertenecen a otros propietarios

 Ubicación asignada en reservas online: En las reservas online no se pueden
elegir ubicaciones ni sectores específicos de forma anticipada. La asignación
de la ubicación disponible estará estrictamente a cargo del personal al
llegar a la playa.
 Precio : El pago cubre el acceso a nuestro servicio durante todo el horario de apertura. Esto significa que el precio es exactamente el mismo tanto si lo utilizas solo una hora como si te quedas todo el día; no existen fracciones de tiempo ni descuentos por un uso parcial.
 Ausencias temporales: Si se marcha temporalmente y desea mantener su
plaza, debe dejar su toalla puesta. De lo contrario, el personal liberará el
espacio para otros clientes.
 Pase no transferible: El ticket es personal y válido para una sola persona; no
se puede ceder a terceros durante el día.

💰 Tarifas Oficiales

 Hamaca individual: 6 € + 1 € por persona y día.
 Cama Balinesa (Máx. 4 personas): 22 € + 2 € por día.

⏱️ Cancelaciones y Reembolsos

 Aviso antes de las 09:00h: Para cancelaciones con derecho a reembolso,
debe avisar el mismo día de la reserva antes de las 9:00 h.
 Sin reembolso: Si no avisa antes de dicha hora, perderá la totalidad del
importe pagado.

Normas de Convivencia y Seguridad

 Efectos personales: No disponemos de taquillas. La empresa no se
responsabiliza de pérdidas, descuidos o robos.
 Música: Está totalmente prohibido el uso de altavoces o música alta.
 Sin mascotas: No se permite el acceso de animales domésticos a la zona de
hamacas, a la zona de camas balinesas ni a la playa (normativa local).

⚠️¿Problemas al reservar?

Si el botón de reserva no responde, significa que las plazas online están
agotadas. Si la página aparece sin contenido (“No Data”), el sistema está fuera
de servicio temporalmente porque el aforo está completamente lleno en la
web. En ambos casos, la única opción es ir directamente a la playa para
saber si en el momento hay disponibilidad a cargo del personal.

📋 General Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking!

Please read our rules carefully before making your payment. By booking, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:

📅 Bookings & Availability (Intermediary System)

 Next-day bookings only: Bookings can only be made through this website via
online payment, with one day’s notice for the following day.
 No future calendar: It is not possible to book specific dates beyond the next
day. We do not have a long-term calendar.
 No exceptions: We do not accept bookings for the same day, nor do we
handle requests via phone or email.
 No group events: We do not accept bookings for group events
(bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, birthdays, etc.).

 Verify your area: Please make sure to choose the correct area before paying,
as neighboring zones belong to different owners.

 Allocated seating for online bookings: For online bookings, it is not possible
to choose specific locations or sectors in advance. The assignment of available
seating will be strictly managed by the staff upon your arrival at the beach.
  pricing:The price is a flat fee that covers the use of our services within our regular operating hours. This means the cost remains exactly the same whether you use it for just one hour or for the entire day; we do not offer hourly rates or partial discounts.

 Temporary absences: If you leave temporarily and wish to keep your spot,
you must leave your towel on it. Otherwise, staff will free up the space for
other customers.
 Non-transferable passes: The ticket is personal and valid for one person only;
it cannot be transferred to third parties during the day.

💰 Official Rates

 Individual sun lounger: €6 + €1 per person, per day.
 Balinese bed (Max. 4 people): €22 + €2 per day.

⏱️ Cancellations & Refunds

 Notice before 09:00 AM: For cancellations with a right to a refund, you must
notify us on the day of the booking before 9:00 AM.
 No refund: If you do not notify us before this time, you will lose the full amount
paid.

Rules of Conduct & Safety

 Personal belongings: We do not have lockers. The company is not
responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
 Music: The use of loudspeakers or loud music is strictly prohibited.
 No pets: Pets are not allowed in the sun lounger area, the Balinese bed area,
or on the beach (local regulation).

⚠️ Booking Issues?

If the booking button does not respond, it means online spaces are sold out. If
the page displays no content (“No Data”), the system is temporarily offline
because online capacity is completely full. In both cases, the only option is
to go directly to the beach to see if there is any immediate availability
managed by our staff.
